Eye Candy

I want to be here. Right here, right now, I want to be here.

Far away from the grainey sludge haze that my head is in at the moment. Say it with me, we are here, away from noise and bustle, away from busy, away from appointments, away from drippy tap nose, boxes of tissues and pounding head.

This lovely little slice of art heaven is made by David D'Aguiar and you can have a look at more of his work and even purchase it here This is one of the treasures we purchased while on our little travel trip in March this year. It's not fancy, it's not flashy, it's not for everyone. It called out to us when we saw it, it's living at our place now, it's perfect.

You can hear it can't you? The breeze gently moving through that palm, swaying, swaying. The tingle of the sun on your skin. 'swoosh, swoosh' as each little wave curls over the sand.

Close your eyes, (after you have read this) and put your head back, you are in this art heaven, yes, you are and there might be a book in your lap, a drink resting on a coaster on the table, your toes tucked under you, or even just stretched out in front of you resting on the warm sand. There may even be a little granny square knee rug tucked around your lap and a puffy cushion nestled behind your head. A a a a h h h h. . . . . .

Hi Dee, I nursed my little family, and now it's my turn. Lol, how wonderful they 'share' the love. lol. Glad to see you back.

Hi Raymonds Mum, Thanks so much for your well wishes. I hope work was good to you the other day, and I really do hope my little canvas took you to a lovely place, and made your working day go faster.
