and two sticks, yep, only two sticks. . . .
gives the double thumbs up.
Mine is a little different in that I did not make my band long enough to double over, I didn't want the double over look, I prefer just a small band of 10 rows and no folding over bits. Very happy with the no folding over bits for my head.

Please excuse the lack of hair and makeup - it's all just joyce. (lucky you!)
I am off here now to start on 1 of 3 orders. My leg warmers are going to have to wait a bit longer. (Yes, you read correct, I have yarn to make leg warmers and I cannot wait. . . . well I will have to now, but just for a little while)

Very cute Joyce!! Love the colours and the great design. Oh I received your wonderful parcel in the mail and a huge thank you for the wonderful scarves and bookmarks. Your scarves are so beautiful and will be lovely for some sweet little children over winter. Thank you so much for your generous gifts. Love Sarah xxx
I've been catching up with your posts Joyce!
I'm so pleased you have found time to do some of your favourite things , while still managing to keep the children occupied! What fun! Wish my two were young again!
Enjoy while they are!
Love Suex
Awesome, unfortunately beanies do me no favours. I was going through my wool stash just yesterday and found a beanie I knitted on 2 sticks. It was supposed to he a gift for a friends baby, but I never sewed it up. It would now fit my hubba bubba. I must get out that wool needln nice work joyce :-)
Hullo, I am trying to work out how to set my comments up so that I can reply individually to your lovely comments, instead of this one big 'general' reply and I cannot seem to get it sorted. So I apologise for the single post, but I would love to reply to each of your comments, and until I can figure it out, unfortunately this is how it has to be. (Two thumbs down for that one Joyce). If anyone is able to help with this, I would always be grateful.
Thank you so much for liking my two sticks beanie. I am not much of a headwear person, but I know I am going to be cold, so comfort over fashion wins. Besides, I have never really been one to follow trends, so no point starting now. lol.
Sarah, so wonderful to hear the parcel arrived safely and I do hope the little ones like them. Thank you again for your huge time in putting this together.
Mrs Twins, thank you so much for stopping by. I know how busy you are and appreciated your lovely comments.
