I will share it when I work through it, however, if you click on Heidi's ravelry it will take you to her pattern and you basically work out how wide you want it then just keep going until you are happy with the 'loopyness' of it. This will depend very much on your yarn and hook. The bigger the hook gives it the softer 'floppier' feel, which is lovely and soft around ones neck.
